The database also provides full- text for more than 275 books/monographs and indexing for more than 4,600 journals. The database contains more than 2.8 million records dating back to 1981.

In addition, CINAHL Plus with Full-Text offers access to Evidence-Based Care Sheets, health care books, nursing dissertations, selected conference proceedings, standards of practice, educational software, audiovisuals and book chapters. Users can also search for articles since 2009 written by nurse practitioners with credentials including RN, BSN, and MSN.

You can:

  •  Add limits to search, such as publication years 2001-2011, or Evidence-Based Practice.
